Billings Clinic is seeking an experienced clinic practice manager for our Family Medicine physician practice located in Stillwater Billings Clinic in Columbus, Montana. A new integrated facility is currently underway with completion planned for late 2012. Columbus is a community of approximately 1,800 people, situated on the north bank of the Yellowstone River and approximately 40 miles west of Montana s largest city, Billings. This quiet community boasts many recreational activities and is a fisherman s paradise. Columbus also servers as a gateway to the Absaroka-Beartooth Mountains and Yellowstone National Park.
As the Manager of the Clinic, you will provide leadership and support to f Billings Clinic staff, including physicians, physician assistants, nursing and administrative staff. As part of the leadership team, you will work collaboratively with the CEO of Stillwater Billings Clinic to provide seamless service to the patients in Columbus. Responsibilities include physician practice development, developing objectives, policies, and procedures for the clinic in support of the mission, vision, and values of both Billings Clinic and Beartooth Billings Clinic. You will maintain the standards, customer relations, and practice in a designated service line. Accountabilities include quality of services; short and long range planning to achieve goals and objectives; fiscal control; physician and interdepartmental/intradepartmental relations; personnel management.
The successful candidate will have a bachelor s degree relevant to service area and 3-5 years of practice management experience. Preference will be given to candidates with experience in both a clinic & hospital or integrated healthcare and in a rural healthcare facility.
