Job Description

Our Advantage business, located in Eden Prairie, MN currently offers an excellent opportunity for a Sales and Marketing Manager to join its team. Reporting to the General Sales Manager of the Branch, this position oversees a Sales/Marketing Team, and works closely with other team managers toward accomplishing the direction set by the GSM and his management.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee a team of Sales/Marketing Representatives, including attracting & retaining talent, assigning objectives, developing and coaching, and managing performance
- Ensure optimal team performance by assisting to remove obstacles
- Establish the sales/marketing rep team's direction, and represent branch in conjunction with other managers in customer/supplier interaction
- Take key role in developing and implementing annual business plans and sales territory management
- Enhance managerial relationships with key internal/external contacts
- Participate in other strategic Arrow projects as assigned

Qualifications:
- 3+ years' experience in sales or product management experience in the electronics industry;
- Previous management experience or Crossroads graduate;
- Effective negotiations skills;
- Ability to learn quickly;
- Strong Interpersonal Communications (verbal/written), Organization, Prioritization, and Problem-Solving skills;
- Familiarity using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Outlook);
- Demonstrated ability to manage employees to objectives, and in delivery of appropriate constructive feedback;
- Proven ability to develop and maintain influential relationships at all levels within the organization, and with the customer/supplier community;
- Knowledge of and familiarity with Arrow's systems and products an asset;
- OEM or CM knowledge/experience an asset;
- College degree preferred;
