Job Description
POSITION SUMMARY
The Manager of Site Scheduling and Special Projects is responsible for several key functions in the Center for Employment Opportunities crew-based transitional jobs operation. These functions include: work site scheduling, supervising the Data department, projecting expenses and revenue for New York City transitional job sites, and overseeing special transitional jobs assignments, as designated by the Director of Transitional Employment, New York City.

Essential Functions Statements
Sets transitional job site openings/closings in CEO s online database Salesforce.com for CEO s New York City (approximately 25-40 sites) and CEO National (approximately 15 sites) operations.
Manages site scheduling and crew assignments based on budget distribution and grant balances, contractual obligations, maximizing revenue, and reducing expenses.
Accountable for planning, oversight, outcomes, and customer service for special project transitional job assignments. These assignments, designated by the Director of Transitional Employment, New York City can be expected to take place at least one to two times each month.
Supervises, motivates, mentors, and evaluates DATA department staff who schedule participants onto CEO work sites and confirm site attendance.
Ensures that proper work site scheduling, site confirmations and daily payroll processes are followed and that deadlines are met.
Ensures that DATA department s staff practice good customer service with participants and consistently follow scheduling protocols.
Keeps Director of Transitional Jobs, NYC informed about any significant changes to fielding, scheduling, and field staffing issues for NYC sites. Keeps relevant CEO National staff informed about changes to fielding, scheduling, and field staffing issues for National sites.
Helps staff resolve participant complaints and conflicts that come to the DATA department in a manner that provides good customer service, encourages a positive work climate, and follows participant rules and requirements.
Performs other job duties that will be assigned from time to time.
Essential Performance/Process Goals
Ensure that site scheduling, confirmations, and payroll processes are followed 100% of time.
Ensure that revenue/expense accounting for each site is 100% accurate and ensure that site revenues and expenditures are in balance.
Ensure that customers are satisfied and sites provide safe and well-managed work experiences for CEO participants and staff at special project transitional job assignments.
This position pays an annual salary of $50,000.
