Job Description

ResponsibilitiesPartners with key executives on development and execution of business plans. Provides feedback, support and recommendations to client management team for timely resolution of employee issues. Identifies issues and provide early intervention, support, assistance and resolution to client group employees in regards to escalated employment issues. Reviews and authorizes all disciplinary actions, performance appraisals, development plans. Develops and trains HR Generalist to perform similar functions as HRM. Develops and conducts management training. Manages and directs recruiting function or participate directly in sourcing client group exempt level positions.QualificationsBachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field. Minimum of eight years within Human Resources field, preferably in a Generalist role. Excellent verbal communication skills, with demonstrated ability to influence others. Effective written communication skills. General PC knowledge with experience in PeopleSoft a plus.Other InformationAdditional Responsibilities: Develop and administer programs, procedures and guidelines to help align the workforce with the strategic goals of the company Provide guidance and coaching to client groups on Leadership development Lead HR practices and objectives that will provide an employee-oriented, high performance culture that emphasizes empowerment, quality, productivity and standards, goal attainment and the recruitment and ongoing development of a superior workforce. Coordinates the implementation of services, policies and programs. Manage and administer staffing and recruiting functions, including advertising, screening, interviewing selecting and hiring new associates. Plan and conduct new hire orientation and create on-boarding programs to foster associate engagement. Conduct exit interviews as appropriate and utilize information gathered to identify and address root causes of turnover.
