The role is also responsible for building a strong stewardship relationship, creating trust and value for the Client and will work closely with the Client s VP of Facilities and District Managers to develop proactive and reactive reporting to support their business.The Manager,Strategic Analytics is client-focused and committed to delivering value both internally and externally, creating and meeting budgets and forecasts for both entities. Close collaboration with the Strategy group allows for sharing of best practices and proactive value generation.About YouBachelor s Degree or equivalent work experience. MBA Preferred 5+ years of experience collecting, interpreting, and presenting operational and financial data to external Clients Experience in the facility, property, P&C Risk management, grocery and restaurant analytics, or asset management industry preferred Ability to gather, analyze, interpret, link, and categorize complex financial and workflow data to generate actionable reports Ability to maintain and manage several projects at one time Ability to design and implement systems necessary to optimize, collect, maintain and analyze data Expert skills in MS Excel, MS Access, and MS PowerPoint Experience With MSSQL, WebE, and/or SAP Business Objects preferred Experience developing complex queries to retrieve data from multi-object, relational databases Ability to effectively establish priorities and develop clear objectives, goals, and action plans for the team to meet or exceed company and client expectations within a fast paced environment and with minimal oversight Experience with P&L reporting (including cost, margin, allocations, etc.) Extensive experience developing and monitoring budgets, financial accruals and forecasting Ability to create a strong sense of cooperation and teamwork among the team and throughout the organization Strong operational experience with advanced accounting principles including accruals, reserves, etc. Experience developing Standard Operating Procedures and training others to utilize advanced analysis tools Ability to execute both empirical and interpretative analysis to recommend means for improvement Experience managing analytical or professional teams in a matrix environment Excellent oral and written communication and presentation skills Proficient at building and maintaining professional Client relationships Exhibits a high degree of self-motivation and direction Ability to foster a strong sense of cooperation and teamwork throughout the team
