The Manager, T&E and P - Card Administration is responsible for both administration support and reporting, while maintaining functionality and integrity of reporting tools. The Manager will also be responsible for project teams, development work, as well as support during implementations. In addition, the Manager will supervise the Vendor Master Compliance database in PeopleSoft and oversee 1099 federal and state reporting. What will I be doing? The Manager, T&E and P- Card Administration will manage the objectives for global travel and entertainment business needs and how those objectives are going to be accomplished. The Manager will research and help to identify business opportunities for efficiency and report's findings and conclusions to upper management. The Manager will maintain T&E and P-Card system configuration, business rules and integrity including review and approval of additions and changes to system functionality. * Develop and maintain reporting and metrics database with dashboard reporting and enhanced features to meet changing business requirements * Work with key stakeholders and departments (payroll, accounting, finance, corporate and operations, scheduling resources and activities to accomplish companywide/project team goals * Provide second level support to team members, inquiries and system training development * Implement and supervise processes and procedures to ensure strategies and directives of the credit card programs are carried out and in accordance with department and company objectives * Oversee the training and development of direct reports * Provide direction to direct report team members in the performance of their duties, establishing work priorities and achieving maximum productivity * Influence direct reports and co-workers to accomplish the organization's mission, goals and objectives through motivation, communication and leadership * Inform management of work group's progress and advises them on key issues to help the decision making process * Provide direction and leadership to direct reports and A/P team members * Collaborate with director, selecting, hiring, training, and development of his/her team members * Work with direct reports to help set goals and assist in accomplishing department initiatives * Provide direction and leadership to direct reports and A/P team members * Collaborate with director, selecting, hiring, training, and development of his/her team members * Work with direct reports to help set goals and assist in accomplishing department initiatives * Develop reports and documentation as requested to support payables, audit, legal and compliance needs. This includes end to end development of user test scripts, end user acceptance testing, and required documentation, and is not limited to audit firms of managed business owners, legal requests related to reporting disparities, and internal/external auditors SOX compliance * Manage company credit card issuance and cancellations, reconciliation of credit card interface and payments * Manage company purchasing card payment reconciliation and payment * Provide customer services to global internal and external customers including inquiries and research supporting shared e-mail account * Excellent communication skills, with the ability to clearly and concisely express ideas both verbally and in writing * Ability to analyze financial and performance data and develop viable solutions to achieve higher performance financial and performance results * Excellent interpersonal skills that build trust and instill confidence in order to motivate and influence others * Absolute discretion and confidentiality regarding sensitive information * Ability to take initiative to identify, prioritize and implement all elements required for team to fulfill responsibilities in accordance with core strategic goals * Strong problem solving skills, including ability to effectively address any issue in collaboration with others as appropriate; ability to proactively identify and prevent potential problems; ability to help develop problem solving skills among direct reports and other team members as appropriate * Ability to work well under pressure and effectively handle multiple, concurrent demands and appropriately prioritize responsibilities * Ability to collaborate with others and act in an objective supervisor in order to effectively solve problems and stay on track towards accomplishing organizational goals * Knowledge of business mathematics, including ability to calculate percentage changes and averages/weighted averages; working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, including ability to understand/manipulate basic spreadsheets Hilton World Wide Inc. is acting as an Employment Agency in relation to this vacancy.
