BS and 5 - 10 years of experience with a Talent Acquisition leadership role preferred. Ability to translate business/organizational issues as they relate to recruiting lifecycle. Experience in leading recruiting with a focus upon emerging science and technology skills nationwide. Ability to build strong collaborative relationships at all levels of the organization. Excellent verbal and written communications skills Strong ability to multi task in fast paced environment

Reporting to the Director of HR lead manage and execute talent acquisition at Draper. Responsible for overall strategy and vision of the talent acquisition function. Creates innovative solutions to improve overall strategies for sourcing and recruiting fulfillment. Coordinates closely with HRBPs and line management to satisfy the dynamic talent needs Manages recruiting team across the enterprise providing close coordination on sourcing strategies interview skills selection process and offer negotiations Program management and execution of talent acquisition initiatives Identifies potential academic partners to address emerging talent requirements and collaborates in the development of cooperative education research and internship programs. Manage college recruiting function Building trusted relationship with our line managers Diversity outreach and recruiting events and campaigns New source development including social media strategy Budget management including forecasting cost per hire and ROI Partners with Strategic Communications to enhance our employment brand and candidate experience Builds talent pipeline Analytics and reporting & metrics Oversee Applicant Tracking System current and future Customer service focus Ensures positive candidate experience pre and post employment Develops measures and maintains recruiting metrics and benchmarks consistent with line managers near term and strategic talent goals
