TITLE

Manager, U.S. Business Finance

Vice President, U.S. Business Finance

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Financial Management, Reporting and Analysis

* Partner with SBA Finance leadership team to develop a standardized approach to reporting and business reviews; incorporate key insights, external mindset and opportunity/risk profile

* Develop enterprise reporting and analytics across brands and customers which provides visibility to customer and brand level profitability across SBAs (strategic business areas)

* U.S. Business Finance partner for Innovation team, Marketing services and MDO/RGM (market development organization/revenue growth management)

* Drive process improvement and consistency across SBAs; Partner with Innovation, MDO and Marketing Services as needed and demonstrate enterprise financial and business perspective

* Deliver innovation pipeline reporting to provide multi-year financial outlook and enable prioritization and trade-offs across SBAs

* Partner with Revenue Growth Management team to deliver profitability modeling, reporting and opportunity assessment process

* Standardize long-range planning process, modeling and presentations within SBA finance teams; partner with corporate FP&A to ensure reporting needs are met

* SBA, Brand and Customer level consolidation reporting and analysis

* Leverage charts, graphs and tables to tell business story and drive financial insights to cross-functional partners and leadership team

* Special projects as needed

* Maintain focus on business and financial trends, CPG and competitive landscape to deliver short and long term objectives for the company; develop an understanding of categories, consumer and customer to drive decisions rooted in business strategy and long term value creation

Organizational Management and Development

* Functional partnership within SBA and Customer Finance and across Corporate Finance team

* Cross-functional partnerships and enterprise lens

* Enhance collaboration and teamwork to ensure optimal financial and strategic outcomes

* Manage and develop Financial Analyst

* Contribute to the development of the Finance org through identifying skills and knowledge gaps and partnering with broader team to build capabilities and bench strength

* Provide effective training and change management as needed

* Continuous improvement mindset



SELECTION CRITERIA

Education

* Bachelor s degree in Finance, Accounting or Business Administration is required

* MBA or CPA is preferred

Experience

* At least 6 years of financial planning, reporting and analysis experience is required

* SBA/Business Unit or Corporate FP&A experience is a plus

* CPG (Consumer Packaged Goods) experience is preferred
