span Modis is currently seeking a Manager of Analytics for an exceptional direct placement (full time employment) job opportunity with our non-profit client, located Downtown Chicago. br   br Our client is a public media organization with an impressive 70+ year history of delivering diverse and compelling content to Chicago communities and beyond!  They are seeking a hands-on Manager of Analytics to help construct and run a successful Digital and Media Analytics presence. br   br This will be an individual contributor role, without direct reports.  The primary responsibilities will include proposing new Analytics ideas to Executive Committees, and campaigning Analytics concerns throughout the organization.  We are seeking an energetic resource who is passionate about Analytics and comes to the table with experience and ideas to promote! br   br The primary tasks and responsibilities for this Manager of Analytics will include br • Managing Digital and Media Analytics throughout the organization br • Serving as the main Analytics liaison between internal/external stakeholders and steering committees br • Evaluating and recommending Analytics strategies, software tools, measurement capabilities, KPIs, etc. br • Collecting and maintaining a broad range of business analytics including, web & mobile application usage, streaming media and podcast data. br • Working with the data to understand trends, consumption patterns and behaviors in order to provide a thorough that will guide strategic business decisions br • Developing actionable insights and recommendations based on the data. br • Creating and maintaining regular digital and broadcast dashboards using Google Analytics br • Analyzing digital audience data from Google Analytics to understand how users are engaging with digital products br • Enhancing business operations through compelling presentations and visualizations of the data, put forth in a meaningful narrative towards business decisions. br • Developing presentation materials for board meetings, funder meetings, grant proposals, staff meetings and other communications, rooted in both a quantitative as well as qualitative story.   br   br   br REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS & TECHNICAL SKILLS br • Required Bachelor’s Degree in a related Liberal Arts or IT Field. br • Subject Matter Expertise with Digital Analytics br • Deep knowledge of and experience with Google Analytics br • Mastery of Microsoft Excel Worksheets, Pivot Tables/ Charts, br • Experience with relational databases and the ability to work with large, complex data sets br • Exceptional interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills br • Strong problem solving skills with a results-oriented mentality. br • A true passion for media and technology br   br If interested in this or other Manager of Analytics opportunities available through Modis in the Chicago area, please apply today with your most recent resume and contact information – or visit our website at to view any number of the IT jobs we have with our 70+ locations! br   br Work location is Downtown Chicago.  Local candidates are preferred to immediate on-site/ F2F interviews.  Candidates wishing to apply from outside this area are welcome to do so; however, interviewing expenses and relocation assistance is not offered. br   br Salary range is $90,000 - $125,000, and includes a first rate exceptional benefits package that including Major Medical PPO Coverage, fle
