ABOUT THE HOSPITAL: The 200+ Bed, non-profit hospital that is part of a health system located in Washington State.

ABOUT THE POSITION: Oversees the daily management of activities and staff within the Case Management Department. The Manager will act as a liaison between patients, families, the physicians, hospital staff and community agencies. Actively evaluates and implements "Best Practices" for clinical standards to achieve a high quality of patient care and maintain financial integrity of the organization. This position reports to the Regional Director of Case Management.

SALARY: $115,000+ DOE along with relocation assistance, bonus potential, and exceptional benefits.


* BSN, required
* MSN,(preferred)
* WA Nursing License, required.
* 3years clinical acute care/case management experience in a hospital, required.
* 3-5years management or supervisory in case management, required.
* Experience working a large healthcare system, required.
* Extensive experience with/LOS, required.
