DESCRIPTION

Apply formal, best practice methodologies to develop and implement contract strategies to support the sales process

*Working with internal and external customers

*Carefully obtain the requirements needed for each contract and prepares statistical analysis for Contract Committee Review Communicates

*Manages workflow of all contract stages

*Receive and prepare responses for contractual bids from organizations for the purchase of equipment, materials, products or services Ability to review, draft and revise form agreements as well as non-standard agreements

*Negotiate contracts and escalate complex legal and factual issues to attorneys and assist in resolution

*Prepare metrics on Contract Operations for reporting to management *Ensures compliance of all existing contracts, this involves extensive research, statistical reporting and analysis

QUALIFICATIONS:

Bachelor's degree in business administration or related discipline from an accredited university or college.

* 5+ years plus surgical products sales operations experience with a minimum 2years spent in a contract administration department

*Strong written verbal, computer and interpersonal skills

*Strong analytical skills specifically Excel and database environment (Access/Oracle/Cognos)
