Managing Consultant/Sr Consultant-Delay, Bilingual/Spanish

We are currently seeking an experienced Bilingual Delay Expert in our Tampa, FL office. REPONSIBILITIES:
-A key member of a dedicated team of claims specialists advising and assisting the project owners and contractors on matters concerning claims, contentious commercial issues and disputes across all contracts on major construction and engineering projects-Serve as an expert witness on construction claims, assist counsel in trial preparation, litigation across a wide range of concurrent construction projects
-Provide claims preparation and analysis-Provide forensic project scheduling and administration-A key advisor specializing in contract interpretation, claims management, claims assessment methodologies and claim resolution strategies providing concise, informed written advice and reports on a daily basis-The position will require close liaison with the project owner, the engineer, other specialist claims consultants and appointed contractors-Required also, on occasion, to perform independent claims determinationsREQUIREMENTS:
-20 years experience in the construction field-BS in an Engineering discipline-Must be bilingual in Spanish
-An advanced degree and/or industry certifications such as Planning & Scheduling Professional (PSP), Project Management Professional (PMP)-Professional Engineer license, preferred-Expertise in CPM scheduling, delay and disruption analyses, direct costs and delay damages-Expert in all planning and scheduling techniques, including use of Primavera software and graphic presentations-Expert witness testimony experience in State or Federal court and in arbitration-Evidence of quality report writing / advice drafting skills required-A clear communicator able to distil and quickly analyze extensive project information-Develop the technical and strategic approach for resolving delay claims and other scheduling issues http://www.hillintl.com/employment/everify/index.html Hill International is an Equal Opportunity Employer M/F/D/V
