Job Description
Managing Director - Sales

* 8+ years' experience as a manager within a staff augmentation and managed services line of business

* Demonstrated driver of sales with proven track record

* Demonstrated understanding of recruiting including processes, technologies, and best practices

* Advanced communicator of oral and written work; also excellent presenter

* Strong influencer through being proactive, creative and persuasive of others in solving client problems or recommending new ideas/strategies

* Strong mentor with experience and expertise around developing fresh talent and adjusting plans and advancement paths to match individual needs

* Solid talent leadership/management skills, with low turnover rates of team members

* Excellent time manager and understands the importance of meeting deadlines

* Superior interpersonal skills and works collaboratively within a matrix organization

* Positive change management abilities

* Travel required for this position is approximately 30%

* Favorable results on assessments - Sales Skills Index and Rembrandt Portrait

* Education to include BS or equivalent combination of education and experience

Skills:

* Achievement of annual revenue growth target by client

* Drives an effective go-to-market strategy and proactively modifies as needed; produces all reports as defined in key responsibilities

* Coaches, develops, inspires sales talent; encourages training

* Ensures team members embrace DISYS processes, policies an utilize appropriate tools

* Actively uses dashboards and tools to properly manage and coach Account executives
