Manufacturing Team Lead

Superior Technical Resources is looking for Manufacturing Team Lead for our Client located in Dallas, TX

Provides manufacturing oversight to one or more production cells.
Distributes and ensures flow of work is consistent with requirements.
Supports company's lean process and works to improve processes and flow. Responsible for the productivity of the wheel/brake line, quality of the product, safety and training of personnel working within the production line.

Required Skills / Qualifications:

High School Diploma/GED
Minimum of 2 years supervisory experience working in aviation.
Minimum of 5 years experience in aerospace
Minimum 2 years of Aircraft airframe and power plant (A&P) license
Minimum 2 years of aircraft wheel and/or brake maintenance experience

Preferred Skills / Qualifications:


Minimum of two years supervisory experience working in an aviation-related environment, wheel and brake experience preferred.
Must be able to qualify for a Repairman license if A&P is not currently held.
