Manufacturing Team Members are OWNERS of machinery or equipment in multiple areas of the plant. This role performs quality checks as required, ensures proper raw or packaging components are used based on product requirements, actively participates in the facility s safety compliance program, troubleshoots and resolves breakdowns, sustains responsibility for preventative maintenance and sanitation in work area, ensures efficient operation of equipment and communicates with co-workers effectively to ensure minimum interruptions in production.

Minimum Qualifications
Must be 18 years old
High School Diploma or GED Equivalent
Preferred: Background in a manufacturing environment or a technical background with electrical, mechanical or automation experience.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
