br Our Parks and Destinations group specializes in serving consumers; recreational and entertainment needs in national and state parks, zoos, aquariums, science centers, museums and other day-use cultural attractions. The scope of our operations includes operating lodging, conference and meeting space, houseboats and other marine activities, retail merchandise shops, fine dining restaurants, and interpretive tours in some of this countrys most pristine protected lands and national parks.

br The Boat Shop Manager, Northlake, is primarily tasked with the overall management and timely completion of all boat related maintenance for both internal and external customers. This includes servicing privately owned customer power boats, PWCs and houseboats as well as the company fleet.

br PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
br
br * Responsible for daily activities of dry storage and the boat repair shop.
br * Launching, recovering, repairing and storage of customer and company boats.
br * Ensure all paperwork completed to collect all fees andor charges for storage, launchretrieve and repair services.
br * Maintain all necessary records and contracts regarding all dry storage aspects
br * Daily, weekly and monthly reporting
br * Inventory control
br * Hire, onboard, coach, supervise, mentor and schedule for all employees in components.
br * Prepare for and participate in NPS inspections
br * Parts inventory, ordering, retail sales.
br * Heavy customer relations.
br * Maintains all records of boat storages and rents for same
br * Plans for storage facility for maximum storage capacity
br * Comply with all Federal, State laws and ARAMARK policies and procedures.
br * Oversee operations of all sizes of boats, radio and telephone communications, daily cash handing procedures
br * Comply with all safety policies
br * Perform maintenance as needed
br * Performs other duties as assigned.
