Market Analyst/Content Specialist Fluent Spanish

The Content Specialist of our client's Miami, Florida Office will work with the team in redesigning and refurbishing of this groups life cycle, incorporating best practices, educational materials, pilot results and new tendencies and elements from different studies, and experiences sustained in recent years by the team. The selected candidate must use his/her analytical skills to transform different materials into innovative messages incorporating animation, sound, and informational graphics to improve the delivery of presentations to clients. This position is focused on evaluating and proposing actions to optimize issuer's results in different stages of the life cycle (issuance, activation, usage, and retention) establishing benchmarking for comparison against regional best practices, supporting strategic planning to strengthen the products value proposition, and developing new products and services including a comprehending communication strategy.The successful applicant will possess the following requirements (items are required unless noted otherwise): Multi media/PowerPoint Presentation Specialist Advanced working knowledge of Flash, PowerPoint, MS Office, Photoshop, and Illustrator the creation of custom templates, charts, and graphs MS Excel knowledge and design skills Must be familiar with the Internet including Web searches Must be fluent in English and Spanish; written and spoken Analytical skills to consolidate information and date from different sources
