Marketing Account Representative (Horsham, PA)
The Marketing Account Rep (MAR) follows up on incoming sales leads from all sources; their primary goal is to pre-qualify these leads and assign them to sales as bona fide opportunities. The MAR also does cold calling campaigns within their assigned region.
The Marketing Account Representative (MAR) communicates with (or attempts to discover and/or develop) NextGen prospective customers to qualify the prospect as a Sales Lead for the NextGen sales team. The MAR fulfills these responsibilities through phone calls, email, and internet resources but, typically through a high volume of outbound telephone calls; activity is documented using Salesforce. MAR is responsible for developing a working relationship with the sales team within their assigned area. Minimal travel may be required.
* Minimum of 1 year of Customer service experience
* Experience working with MS Office Suite
* High School Diploma
* Excellent telephone skills
* Ability to probe and clarify information for accuracy
* Effective writing skills
* Willingness to learn the healthcare market
* Positive attitude
* Professional demeanor
* Prior experience with Salesforce or similar CRM,
* Background in Healthcare within a practice setting
* College Degree
* Ability to be on the phone for long periods of time
