JOB DESCRIPTIONLarge manufacturing firm is looking for a marketing professional who can also serve as an executive assistant to the Vice President and General Manager.
Responsibilities will include assisting the marketing department with production of marketing materials and literature, assisting in the creation of promotional material, and uploading marketing material to online libraries, internet groups, and social media sites.
As an administrative assistant responsibilities will include:
Coordinating and scheduling on and off site complex meetings.
Compiling receipts and process expense reports.
Typing and copying lists, organizational charts, and databases.
Will also be responsible for managing events, holiday parties, summer picnic, etc.
2 years of marketing experience.
Advanced knowledge Outlook, Word, Excel, MS Publisher, and PowerPoint
