Position Summary

This position will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day facets of the Customer Marketing System, including data accuracy, customer valuation, data imports and exports, customer segmenting and targets and campaign analysis. This role is also responsible for analyzing customer acquisition and engagement, and making data-driven recommendations for implementation of strategic marketing efforts. The analyst will work cross-functionally within the broader organization.
Responsibilities & Accountabilities


- Customer Marketing System


- Oversee day-to-day facets of the Customer Marketing System, including data accuracy, customer valuation, data imports and exports, customer segmenting and targeting, and campaign analysis

- Adhere to established data hygiene best practices and establish processes and controls

- Create and maintain process documentation for the Customer Marketing System and serve as the system expert for clients

- Monitor campaigns and accuracy of delivery and refine process for quickly identifying data issues (duplicates, bouncebacks, engagement tracking, etc.)

- Work with Customer Marketing Manager, marketing automation vendor, and internal IT staff to troubleshoot issues in a timely manner

- Analyze system reports and document trends on a weekly, monthly, quarterly and yearly basis

- Manage and prioritize cross-functional data requests






- Customer Acquisition and Engagement


- Evaluate customer lifecycles and trigger email marketing efforts and make recommendations to drive engagement

- Evaluate multiple channels, such as social media or sweepstakes, for new customer acquisition and analyze value by source

- Filter and segment customer data to create targeted marketing lists and analyze customer groups

- Manage digital marketing efforts including Google AdWords, Facebook Ads, and other paid marketing






- Strategic Analysis and Implementation of Marketing Efforts


- Perform complex data analyses and deliver insights from large, complex data sets to drive business decisions and growth

- Identify reporting and analytical needs to facilitate the use of data and analysis to make informed operational decisions

- Proactively research and define how the organization can better use data to drive business via best practices research

- Demonstrate creative thinking and bring new ideas to the broader organization and clients
