Job Overview:

The Marketing Analyst II will leverage sophisticated applications, including Eloqua, Salesforce.com, and Tableau. Reporting to the Manager, Marketing Operations as a part of the Marketing Operations team, the Marketing Analyst II will leverage the systems and reporting tools to build Revenue Performance Management Dashboards for the Business Units as well as answer ad hoc business intelligence questions with data and reports. A key function in this position is working closely with Stakeholders and Marketing Operations team members across all Business Units in order to help design and develop reporting, monitor, and analyze the demand funnel and marketing campaign performance metrics.

Responsibilities:

* Measuring and monitoring Concur's Demand Funnel

* Ensure key sales and marketing reporting data is valid from the various systems through monitoring and quality checks

* Create and distribute monthly reports that analyze conversion rates, funnel health, lead scoring, cost per metrics and spot areas of success, opportunity and improvements

* Identify actionable metrics and reports that make demand creation and sales more successful.

* Measure return on marketing's investment

* Build necessary dashboards and post to Tableau Server for real-time consumption

* Assist Marketing Stakeholders with ad hoc analysis requests

* Marketing Operations Support

* Monitor Issues and requests and execute on all approved requests as prioritized

* Execute on list uploads to ensure data integrity

* Support cross groups: EMEA, Product Marketing, Field Marketing, Events, Market Development, Revenue Operations

* Assist with development, design, build, and analysis of automated marketing programs using Salesforce.com and Concur's marketing campaign management software (Eloqua):

* Marketing programs - Nurtures

* Event execution automation

* Program reporting

* Lead scoring

* Be aware of, and comply with, all corporate policies.

Education, Experience & Training required:

* Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or analytics dicipline - economics, mathematics, statistics.

* Experience building complex reports and consulting with Business stakeholders for Sales and Marketing business metrics. B2B experience preferred.

* Experience with marketing and sales automation system reporting (Salesforce.com preferred).

* Experience with business intelligence reporting and analytics tools (Tableau preferred).

* Fluency in database technology and architecture

* Familiarity with SQL.

* 4 - 7 years of experience.

* Ability to pass a background check.
