JOB DESCRIPTIONAPPLY Our client, a player in the Retirement Plans Financial Industry in the Lake Mary area, is seeking a Marketing Assistant.
This is a support role to the sales team.
Duties will include (but not limited too):
* Produce sales presentations, proposals/RFP's, and marketing materials
* Provide support for distribution of mass mailings and maintain appropriate inventory levels of marketing support materials.
* May develop and coordinate multimedia packages-letters, mail merge documents, brochures, presentations, and/or displays for particular assignments. We are an equal employment opportunity employer and will consider all qualified candidates without regard to disability or protected veteran status.
* 1.5+ years of administrative experience preparing marketing materials for a mid-large corporation.
* Punctuality and Reliability to get to Lake Mary area every day.
