JOB DESCRIPTIONCoordinating printing and marketing materials needed for events
Helping with mailings, copying and printing
Creates and audits FAQs, rate sheets, lineups, welcome kits and related marketing material
Create marketing material - artistic aptitude/ability
Assist with Social Media Content
Proofreading material for accuracy
Research and coordinating with venues, vendors, etc.
Material ordering, Ensuring items are ordered/delivered/tracked
Minor updates on the website
Keeping event supply inventory and managing event supply room maintenance
Event support - flexible schedule, some evenings and weekends may be required.
Other duties as assigned to support the Marketing department
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Proficiency with MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Strong customer service, organizational and analytical and follow through skills
Basic understanding of telecommunications networking, inside wiring and basic video
College preferred. Minimum high school diploma or its equivalent required
1-2years of marketing or project management experience preferred
Ability to multi-task and prioritizes project based on timing and resource availability
