Our client, Marquette Bank, is a friendly, neighborhood Illinois banking organization that provides a range of financial solutions for individuals, families and businesses within the neighborhoods it serves. They are now seeking a Marketing Communications Manager to join their team on the outskirts of Chicago.

As the Marketing Communications Manager, you will be tasked with a wide range of marketing activities to ensure the Marquette brand is strong, resilient and represents company ethics and goals.

Specifically, you'll develop both long and short term strategies and coordinate communications, branding and public relations activities.

Overseeing marketing and promotional activity, you'll play a key role in advertising, direct mail, email, online and social mediacampaigns and will be vital to the management of internal resources and external agencies, firms and vendors.

Additionally, you'll create a range of promotional materials, including ad copy, sales letters, press releases, financialeducation articles and social media posts.

To be considered, you must have:

- At least three years' progressive experience in public relations, marketing or communications
- A Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in a marketing, communications or business related discipline

Articulate and creative, as the Marketing Communications Manager, you must possess exceptional communication, presentation and interpersonal skills and a close attention to detail.

Experience of marketing within a banking organization would be beneficial, as would marketing agency experience. Knowledge of digitalphotography, graphic design, video production or editing would also be advantageous.
