Job Description
Marketing Communications Senior Freddie MacMcLean, VAWe currently seek a Marketing Communications Senior to join the Single Family Marketing Outreach team, which supports the Freddie Mac Single-Family Servicing REO (SFSR) business area. This role will work collaboratively with team members to support the strategic marketing efforts for the SFSR business area, often working under limited direction, while adequately satisfying objectives. Additional Responsibilities include Developing and executing marketing plans, initiatives, and promotions related to specific products services. Defining competitive market requirements and opportunities, and providing ongoing marketing support that ensures the competitiveness of existing products services. Providing ongoing support to the Servicing Account Team, including addressing support requests, ensuring the team s communication needs are met, and proactively identifying and solving support gaps. Providing resolutions to an extensive range of complicated problems via innovative, thorough, and practicable strategic solutions. Independently determining and developing approaches to SFSR business area solutions. Interacting with senior internal customers to address significant technical matters frequently requiring coordination across organizational lines. Candidate qualifications include Strong written and oral communication skills and a keen attention to detail are required. Strong working knowledge and experience in Microsoft Word, Power Point, and Excel are required. Bachelor s degree (or equivalent work experience) required. Advanced studies degree preferred. 5-7 years related experience required. The candidate must be an energetic self-starter who is highly organized and able to prioritize tasks with strong project management skills. Knowledge of the secondary mortgage market and a strong understanding of Freddie Mac or Fannie Mae are highly desirable. The candidate must be a team player and possess the ability work across the organization with business staff at all levels. The candidate must also be able to identify and escalate risks as needed.
