Job Description

The Marketing Coordinator is responsible for all aspects of store marketing, fixture arrangement and product display and implementation. This position will assist in the support of store design/planning and marketing initiatives, completion and distribution of store plans for new stores, remodels, and miscellaneous projects and rollouts. Implementation and preparation of final plan sets including fixture plans, merchandise plans, electrical and equipment plans and final coordination prior to roll out.� �


Key Areas of Responsibility will include:



-Contribute to new marketing ideas and initiatives in hands-on manner
-Collaborates with other marketing team members in the development of new store level marketing and merchandising programs.
-Partners with Marketing Managers to coordinate production and distribution of materials
-Coordinates and manages facilities surveys that define key elements of store design e.g. window counts & size, ability to display exterior marketing materials, and other key metrics.
-Support Merchandising Strategies
-Administrative and hands on support

Requirements:

-Must articulate and present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, vendors, and the general public
-Strong verbal and written communication skills as demonstrated by diplomatic, respectful, and productive communication with employees, vendors, and customers at all levels
-Ability to apply consultation skills to facilitate problem resolution
-Proven ability to build high quality, service oriented customer relations by identifying and anticipating customer needs; consistently improving customer service; and, ensuring that customer issues are resolved promptly and accurately.
-Proven problem solving and analytical skills
-Ability to thrive in a high pressure, deadline-oriented work environment.
-Demonstrated ability to be self directed, innovative, and resourceful in solving problems
-Must be able to meet the physical demands of hands-on store planning and execution which includes, but not limited to consistent lifting of 40-50 pounds, assembling and arranging store fixtures and the coordination of shipping and receiving marketing materials



Educational Requirements:



-High School Diploma or equivalent and pursuing an Associate�� s Degree in the field of store planning, interior design, architecture, or merchandise planning and presentation
-Bachelor's degree in the field of marketing, store planning, interior design, architecture, or merchandise planning and presentation (preferred)
