JOB DESCRIPTION

As the Marketing Manager, you coordinate and implement marketing communication projects with responsibilities that include public relations, special events management, advertising, and creating brand awareness.

Organize the preparation of proposals and presentations using marketing resource materials such as brochures, data, slides, photographs, and reports. Prepare status reports on marketing efforts. You will rely on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Perform a variety of tasks. Work under general supervision. A certain degree of creativity and flexibility is required.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
?Maximize activity through strategic marketing concepts and practices

?Manage Company reputation management and advertising outlets including social media
?Oversee advertisements to maintain accuracy and consistency of published information
?Revise and implement procedures
?Train Agents and management staff about policy and procedure changes
? Track and report on marketing activity
? Liaise as the Company representative to related vendors
? Maintain marketing collateral and inventory
? Lead the marketing campaign for Phase III and Phase IV development
? Other duties as indicated by the manager

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES:
?Demonstrate marketing competence as it pertains to through data tracking and reports
?Meet project and appointment deadlines

?Demonstrate the ability to work independently managing multiple projects

?Work closed with other administrative and operational departments to ensure effective communication regarding marketing efforts

?Maintain records and results of on-going and impromptu projects

?Frequent use of various computer programs and applications and telephones

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
?Bachelor degree in related field or equivalent work experience preferred
?Social media content management experience
?Two (2) years of related work experience preferred
?Understanding of basic marketing concepts and practices
?Basic knowledge in use of computers, preferably in PC, windows based operating environment
?Requires handling weight up to 25 pounds and standing or walking
