Job Description

Kforce is looking for a Marketing Coordinator for our local Milwaukee client. This is a full time direct hire position. A Services Marketing Coordinator will work closely with the Director of Marketing to handle day-to-day execution and coordination of marketing initiatives for the respective subsidiary or subsidiaries to which they are assigned. This individual will take the lead on tactical execution of daily efforts, utilizing the marketing team and key business leads to produce marketing campaigns and collateral that meet sales and brand objectives.

Primary Responsibilities:
* Maintain visual and digital brand consistency for assigned product lines/organizations across all marketing media
* Assist in planning and implementation of overall marketing strategy
* Coordinate creative and execution for print, email and mobile marketing campaigns to current and prospective customers for both B2B and B2C audiences
* Maintain and work with Director of Marketing and Consumer Marketing Strategist to expand communications outlets to current clients, vendors and employees
* Coordinate creative development and execution of print and digital marketing/sales/recruiting collateral, advertisements and promotional items as needed..Manage day-to-day execution of social media initiatives for respective brand(s), including working with Social Media Strategist to deliver monthly monitoring of success metrics and to drive engagement with customers, vendors & employees
* Maintain lead and opt-out databases in line with corporate email policies and sales initiatives Develop and edit sales presentations as needed
* Develop newsletter content and designs and execute newsletter sends on a monthly or quarterly basis
* Write and distribute press releases
* Write blog articles and edit articles submitted by non-marketing staff
* Write and coordinate team collaboration for industry articles or whitepapers
* Maintain industry event and media lists

Qualifications:
* Minimum 3-5 years of professional experience
* Experience in both B2B and B2C brand marketing is ideal
* Experience in marketing to low to moderate income consumers and/or non-profit is preferred
* Excellent business writing and creative copywriting skills
* Solid design aesthetic and previous experience designing or working with designers to implement marketing collateral
* Able to follow and expand upon established brand guidelines
* Must have an strong understanding of social media and digital marketing best practices, along with experience implementing them in a professional environment
* Must be proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator)
* Must have basic knowledge of HTML/CSS
* Basic understanding of search engine optimization and digital marketing best practices
