Marketing Coordinator

Our client, located in Northbrook, IL is seeking an experienced(2-4 years) Marketing Coordinator.

The Marketing Coordinator is responsible for organizing marketing materials. The Coordinator will work with Development & Application labs to construct presentations for our clients top A-Target customers. The specifications for these presentations should be determined collaboratively between Sales, R&D, and customer ideas.

Other responsibilities to include but not limited to:
-Assisting in establishing strategic marketing plans to achieve corporate objectives for products and services
-Creating Product Information Sheets and Power Point presentations specifically for Sales team Core Customers
-Manageing development, production and distribution of promotional and collateral materials to support sales and marketing programs
-Helping establish and maintain consistent corporate image throughout product lines, promotional materials and events
-Writing the bi-annual company newsletter
-Assisting in constructing Marketing/R&D Review reports
-Helping coordinate yearly International Sales Meeting
-Be involved with customer presentations and present company's marketing information
-Traveling to and assisting with conferences and trade shows when required and authorized
-Continuing to communicate and coordinate with other marketing personnel in other company offices worldwide

This is a temporary to permanent position. The salary will go up upon hire with the client and consideration of experience.

Job Experience:

This position requires BA in Marketing/Business/Communications with 2-4 years of experience. Master's Degree a plus. Experience with HTML coding, Social Media, website development and search engine optimization
