Job Description

Job Responsibilities:
1. A marketing assistant should be a self motivated individual.
2. Manage tradeshow and conference logistics by providing support specifically around:
a. Collecting information around tradeshow details and keeping a checklist
b. Keeping track and informing marketing manager(s) of tradeshow delivery deadlines leading up to show days
c. Work with marketing department to help produce, review, and ship tradeshow collateral, signage, exhibits, and giveaways as well as order any auxiliary furniture or equipment
d. Work with marketing and sales departments to allocate onsite tradeshows resources and support
e. Will act as the liaison between advertising media agencies and event/tradeshow vendors and the company.

3. Has to track payments or refunds for events, tradeshows, conferences, or other administrative marketing purchases and contracted marketing activities.
4. Maintain website by submitting minor website updates to corporate marketing web master

Job Experience:

Knowledge of Marketing techniques with at least 2-3 years of professional marketing experience. Strong consumer and product awareness. Good organizational and planning skills.Team player.Strong written and verbal communication skills. Attention to detail and accuracy. AA degree in Business Administration or Marketing.
