JOB DESCRIPTION

Essential Functions: The major duties of the job that constitute the fundamental tasks and or responsibilities of the position. Employees must be able to perform the essential functions of the position with or without reasonable accommodations.

1. Enhances and maintains All FSB data including MCIF, Product Activity, market share information and competitive information.
2. Prepares and publishes line of business production/sales reports (snapshots, detail reports, referral activity, incentive plan reporting) and customer/household level reports.
3. Provides and analyzes market data from various resources and makes recommendations for the development of new services, products and marketing programs as well as adjustments to existing products/services which are competitive and profitable.
4. Provides analytical and statistical support necessary to complete Marketing data requests, campaigns, projects and other activities.
5. Assists in the development of a sales and marketing competitive marketing database including the development, maintenance and analysis of competitive rates and marketing programs.
6. Performs detailed measurements of all data-driven marketing initiatives and promotional offers.
7. Supports the business development teams by the creation and maintenance of a variety of business development tools used to assist in improving sales performance.
8. Acts as administrator of the CRM system by supporting and maintaining users, implementing enhancements, and troubleshooting issues.
9. Demonstrates the standards and principles of the Five Star Bank experience in every interaction with internal and external customers and associates. Incorporates the high performance behaviors of teamwork, leading by example and service in every facet of work

Job-Related Qualifications

Education/Prior Experience:

Required: Bachelor s Degree in Marketing, Market Research, Data Analysis, Finance or related field

Years: 2+ Type: Marketing, Market Research, Data Analysis, or Finance

Required: Associate s Degree in Marketing, Market Research, Data Analysis, Finance or related field

Years: 4+ Type: Marketing, Market Research, Data Analysis, or Finance


Preferred: Bachelor s Degree in Marketing, Market Research, Data Analysis, Finance or related field

Years: 2+ Type: Marketing, Market Research, Data Analysis, or Finance

Competencies:

1. Excellent written and verbal communications skills

2. Ability to present information in an effective concise manner to employees with diverse skill sets

3. Excellent organizational skills with ability to manage multiple priorities and meet established deadlines

4. Analytical ability to interpret data and present it in a meaningful and easily understood form

5. Proficient in Microsoft Office with ability to learn and utilize new and existing banking software applications

6. Knowledge of or the ability to learn the intricacies of bank products and services

7. Ability to work with all levels of staff and share ideas to achieve company wide results

Physical Requirements:

1. Able to regularly sit for prolonged periods of time

2. Extensive computer usage is required

3. Occasional travel within bank footprint
