Marketing Director

The Director of Marketing is responsible for business development for both residential and commercial settlements throughout Pennsylvania and Maryland. The position requires traveling to clients offices in both states. The best candidate will have strong public relations and communication skills and the ability to adapt to change with a flexible schedule in this ever changing real estate market. A positive attitude is of the utmost importance. The candidate should be self motivated with a high energy level and be comfortable in new situations. Professionalism is expected 100 of the time in attitude and appearance. An overview of the duties of the position include managing existing portfolio, grow the current portfolio of business, attend industry functions on the company s behalf, communicate weekly with clients, present a marketing plan to management, problem solving and the ability to handle closings upon request.
