JOB DESCRIPTIONAPPLY A stable company is looking for a Director of Marketing and Communications. Minimum of 5 years' experience in marketing, communications or public relations with demonstrated success, in the insurance and Workers' Compensation industry.
This position will report directly to the President and CEO of the company and is open to all qualified candidates throughout the country. Candidates will be a proven strategist and leader with hands on experience in executing media relations, industry and social media. Responsible for planning, development and implementation of all of the Organization's marketing strategies, marketing communications, and public relations activities, both external and coordinates, primarily, with the media. Responsible for editorial direction, design, production and distribution of all Organization publications.
Ability to report and measure the success of the plan on a monthly basis.
Coordinate media interest in the Organization and ensure regular contact with target media and appropriate response to media requests.
