Job Description:

Atterro is seeking MARKETING DIRECTOR candidates for an exciting DIRECT HIRE position.

This position will be responsible for providing strategic direction for the creation and execution of
the corporate brand program. The role will include brand architecture and strategy work,
technology and solutions narrative development, product and technology naming, and integrated
brand campaigns. Additionally, this role will support operations of the corporate brand
organization, developing effective ways to position the efforts for optimized output across the
company. This position reports to the Senior VP.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following:

- Lead the global marketing vision and strategic marketing planning for company brands for
go to market channels including but not limited to wholesalers and spec reps
- Responsible for meeting financial and growth objectives for brands and optimizing new,
continuing and retiring brands
- Responsible for global brand directional outline and strategic development of the global
marketing plan and brand building activities for the company.
- Responsible for the global brand strategy, which includes defining the overall brand vision
and strategy, line positioning, etc. based on market analysis and input from the local
marketing and HQ marketing teams
- Responsible for margin targets, subsidiary growth targets and internal budgets, working
closely with Senior VP and HQ on financial targets by brand and measuring return on
- Key liaison with assigned licensors to manage and align behind a long term vision on brands
and marketing properties and programs like dealer programs, distributor incentive
- Works closely with the Global product development team throughout the complete
development process to ensure a strong global presence which will enable achievement of
goals and objectives
- Leads strategic marketing initiatives and product launches, industry exhibits and shows
- Oversees the creation of global marketing tools to maintain brand relevance and highlight
key brand messages and products (i.e. development and production of any brand assets
including TV spots, PR programs, digital plans, collateral literature and print material) for
the entire company
- Manages a team of marketing professionals responsible for the day-to-day business

The primary qualifications are:
- Bachelor s degree required - advanced degree in business or related field preferred
- Minimum of 10 years marketing experience HVAC industry preferred
- Product marketing management experience in HVAC industry required
- Product development experience highly preferred
- Strong presentation skills
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to influence and persuade
- Strong knowledge of PCs and software including: MS Word, Excel and Power Point
- Strong creative problem solving and strategic thinking skills with the ability to develop
innovative marketing and product strategies
- Demonstrated Leadership skills ability to provide clear, credible vision and strategy;
inspires others to follow
- Ability to travel both Domestically and Internationally as needed
