We are currently seeking qualified intern candidates to participate in our paid 2012 Spring Internship Program within the Marketing Department.

PRIMARY DUTIES:
' Assist Sr. Marketing Manager on an assigned category of business.
' Assist with executing marketing and product development related strategies to ensure achievement of sales and profit objectives.
' Assist with tracking product development progress; track and monitor production dates, ship dates and work with operations to monitor customer dates to make sure deadlines are met.
' Work with the Licensing Coordinator to track submissions and approvals from the Licensor
' Assist in gathering of consumer and competitive research.
' Collect data to assist in the development of Marketing Reports (Product Sales, Financial and Costing Reports etc).
' Assist with preparation of marketing presentations as needed.
' Assist with preparation of management review meetings ' including gathering of supporting information.

SKILLS:
' Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively with people at all levels.
' Strong organizational skills as well as strong communication skills (written and verbal).
' Computer proficiency: MS Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint.
' Must be a self-starter with a proactive approach to work.
' Ability to prioritize work in order to meet important deadlines.
' Excellent follow up skills.

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:
' Must be currently pursuing an MBA degree in Marketing, Business or related
' Previous consumer product marketing/brand management internships or experience preferred
