Job Description

JLL seeks a marketing professional to help manage the brand and to develop messaging and visualization of content across different communications channels for its Investor Services businesses (i.e., capital markets, debt/equity, agency leasing, property management, project management.). The qualified candidate will (1) create programs that target and influence key client segments; (2) take ownership of key marketing initiatives; (3) leverage multiple channels to achieve above and below the line brand exposure and (4) ensure the timely delivery of quality work product and programs that enhance our brand position.

CORE JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

Marketing

*

Promote the JLL brand and the key business lines under the Investor Services category.
*

Develop messaged content in support of a variety of marketing activities including digital campaigns, brochure development, direct mail campaigns, presentations, special projects, etc.
*

Target key client segments leveraging a broad spectrum of mediums: digital marketing, social media, events, PR, advertising, sponsorships, and marketing communications.
*

Partner with research to identify and deploy thought leadership content to key client segments.
*

Direct data visualization to achieve compelling creative executions that convey key sales messages.
*

Curate content from national channels to showcase and promote to key client segments.
*

Partner with local market colleagues to localize national content for distribution.

Business Development

*

Partner with business stakeholders to develop key sales messages and differentiators for point of sale efforts.
*

Create go-to-market materials that support general and specific business development opportunities.
*

Manage the collaborative workflow process across all internal teams including creative resources.

Digital

*

Manage content development and mining for social media channels to showcase expertise across core service lines.
*

Draft content and updates for the Tri-State local market websites.
*

Manage regular updates to client-facing digital channels.
*

Develop content for campaign-specific landing pages and microsites.

Internal Communications

*

Develop and manage content and messages across multiple communications channels.
*

Research methods and channels to maximize content delivery and engagement.

Event Management

*

Develop and manage events that target investor clients and enhances exposure across business lines.
*

Coordinate details, promotion and deliverables associated with client and internal events.
*

Maintain a running log of all JLL client events to ensure appropriate engagement.

Operations

*

Track marketing initiatives and budgets.
*

Support the priorities of the business to advance initiatives that impact the bottom line.
*

Contribute to team-wide/corporate marketing initiatives that are integral to the company.
*

Align local market needs and requirements and national objectives and initiatives to minimize redundant efforts and maximize efficacy, efficiency and consistency.

MINIMUM JOB REQUIREMENTS:

*

Bachelor s degree, or equivalent, in marketing or similar concentration.
*

Minimum of 5+ years of directly applicable experience in marketing.
*

Experience managing initiatives and programs across traditional marketing channels.
*

Experience managing initiatives and programs across digital marketing channels.
*

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access and Outlook) and Adobe Creative Cloud (InDesign, Photoshop and Illustrator).
*

Working knowledge of digital design software and programming platforms a plus.
*

Ability to organize use of time in a fast-paced environment, completing multiple projects simultaneously.
