JOB DESCRIPTIONWe are seeking a Director of Marketing, to plan and direct achievements of marketing objectives compatible with overall short and long term objectives of the company. This individual would align the department resources to deliver 'best in class' marketing collateral to support the Company's business plan.
Duties & Responsibilities, include but are not limited to:
*Research, analyze and monitor financial and demographic factors to capitalize on market opportunities and minimize effects of competitive activity.
*Oversees responses to requests for proposals and qualifications efforts.
*Ensures the maintenance and control of a contemporary and consistent company image and brand throughout all marketing materials.
*Oversees the development, production and distribution of effective promotional and collateral marketing material.
*Participate and coordinate activities of staff with industry associations.
*Resolve conflicts and facilitate changes in marketing function to ensure objective fulfillment and quick response to marketing problems and opportunities.
*Establish a consistent corporate image throughout all business divisions, marketing materials, and events.
*Develop opportunities to promote the company's goodwill and coordinate the company-wide professional and community / civic relations programs.
*Maintain knowledge of trends and competition throughout the construction industry.
*Establish and maintain collaborative, effective and professional relationships with internal team members and co-workers as well as external clients.
*Develop, manage and evaluate marketing personnel.
Skills and Requirements:
Strong creative, strategic, analytical and organizational skills in marketing, communications and public relations. Knowledge of construction, commercial real estate and land development. Ability to present the company's capabilities and interest in a persuasive and credible manner. Ability to create proposals for new business, and participate in planning and presentation sessions.
