Brand manager role with global scope to lead strategic and operational elements of commercialization while contributing to the overall brand strategy. Works collaboratively with key markets and regional colleagues to generate, evaluate and deliver robust commercial operational plans br br The role will be responsible for developing and leading day-to-day marketing projects. Programs include: input into the development of Brand strategy, preparation of guidance documents, operational plans, development of campaign materials, non-personal promotion efforts, robust pre-launch and launch preparation. br br Successful candidates will lead and coordinate the commercial voice based on their deliverables across a variety of supporting functions such as Operations, Legal, Regulatory, Medical, Business Insight, Payer Teams, and Finance. br br Reports to the Head of Injectables br ACCOUNTABILITIES/RESPONSIBILITIES br br * Accountable to lead elements of the Therapy Area strategy globally through robust implementation of AZ Way Commercial Capabilities br * Support the development of the Brand Operational Plan, bringing together relevant key marketing leads (GPPS/markets) to deliver core elements of the brand strategy. br * Collaborate with Therapy Area Global Directors (and other team members) to pull through the 'red thread' of competitive differentiation -- from TPC to promotional claims and ensure brand ambition reflects market insight and MC viewpoints. br * Work closely with business insight, medical and payer teams' to input into global brand strategy supporting the Head of Injectables with Global Brand Team planning br * Works with other marketing managers to appropriately plan and deliver strategic guidance documents, launch preparation materials and guidance for markets br * Contributes to Commercialization & Launch Strategy including BSP development for LCM opportunities br * Manage marketing relationships with agencies, vendor partners, consultants, and other third party groups. Appropriately managing budget and PO's br * Responsible for general tasks of an administrative nature as required, including booking own point to point travel, expense submissions, small meetings, and management of own calendar and inbox. br br
