A growth oriented, highly successful Biotech Company (& Contract Research Organization - CRO), with a history of 'Promotion from within' is seeking a Marketing Manager to join our Sales Marketing Team in our South Plainfield headquarters location. The focus of this Position is to lead the global marketing team supporting the company in domestic & international markets.

Responsibilities:
1. Lead the development of the global marketing strategy that will deliver financial results & increase br& awareness.
2. Define & execute the online marketing & br&ing strategy for the company.
3. Proactively work with Product Managers & business unit Leaders in developing their global &/or domestic value propositions.
4. Develop & execute the company's ecommerce & social media strategy.
5. Manage Product Management, Market Research, Public Relations & Online Marketing teams.
6. Monitor & report on the effectiveness & ROI of all marketing & promotional efforts.

Total compensation includes a base pay depending upon the c&idate's specific work experience & overall qualifications; with potential for bonuses based upon the Employee's & Company's performance.
