Solidfire, now a part of NetApp, is looking for a Marketing Operations Manager to support the Marketing team by gathering and analyzing data related to demand generation activities, marketing campaigns, tactics and programs and relating that data to pipeline and business performance along with managing projects assigned by marketing leadership. Successful candidates will be able to demonstrate their ability develop and manage strategic projects, analyze information gained and present to sales & marketing leaders around the world.
Building and improving the global marketing reporting and analysis processes, with the goal of demonstrating marketing s impact on bookings, and to provide insight for future optimization. Deliver such reports on a regular cadence to track progress and to remove barriers
Benchmark the current demand generation activities, performance and investment against industry best practices to provide recommendations and roadmap for improvements
Work across Marketing organization to test, report, recommend change and optimize demand creation strategies including but not limited to web, email nurturing, social media, events and content
Partner with digital marketing and sales operations developing lead management excellence including execution of lead development, nurturing and scoring
Lead the development and management of marketing infrastructure through collaboration with sales, marketing and IT
Manage reports and dashboards to provide detailed tracking of marketing programs across various channels as well as measure, monitor and optimize the funnel from inquiry to MQL to closed opportunity and provide regular reporting to leadership teams
Collaborate with product marketing and sales operations to develop ideal customer profile and tailor best practices across nurture programs, web and social engagement
Maintain and improve the quality and governance of the marketing database, with tactics such as list segmentation, data enrichment projects to improve targeting, and list loading.
Develop project plans, timelines and identified goals to carry programs from creation through execution
Support field marketing leaders in the creation of segment marketing strategies and campaigns executed worldwide
Manage the global marketing budget in collaboration with the budget owners and finance teams
Intermediate CRM experience, specifically Salesforce.com
Ability to research and implement innovative tools into current campaigns to optimize overall performance
Excellent interpersonal skills, high energy and, strong interest in working within a fast-paced environment
Team-oriented disposition with ability to facilitate intra-group collaboration
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment that requires quick adjustments and re-calibration of priorities when business needs change
Self-starter with the ability to effectively manage multiple projects and see them through from inception to completion
Strong strategic, analytical, project management and communication (oral and written) skills
Education and Experience
6+ years of marketing experience with 4+ years of automation program execution
This is a Boulder, CO based position
