InterMetro Industries is seeking a Product Manager in our Healthcare Marketing Department. Under general supervision of the Clinical Group Product Manager, Market Manager or Marketing Director provides product line management for one or more product lines within the group's product portfolio. The product manager is responsible for driving profitable growth and reducing complexity in established and new product lines.

Primary Responsibilities:

1 Identify and develop financial justification and marketing plans for new opportunities (product and/or programs)

2 Establish/maintain justifiable price

3 Measure/report on product profitability and opportunities for cost reduction

4 Research and document competition, trends and statistics that affect product line(s)

5 Collect and document Voice of Customer requirements

6 Develop sales performance and forecasting model and report as needed

7 Support development of product messaging, collateral and sales tools

8 Develop product training material, train sales and support teams

9 Identify complexity reduction opportunities, including product End of Life

10 Other duties as assigned

The qualified candidate will possess:

1 Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, or related field

2 A minimum of five years in an industrial, manufacturing, or healthcare product management role

3 Excellent verbal and written communication skills

4 Excellent analytical, problem solving, and project management skills

5 The ability and willingness to travel as required
