JOB TITLE: Marketing and Communications Analyst


The Marketing and Communications Analyst role will be responsible for delivering early technology to an elite subgroup of Clients sales users. You will be worki
ng with Program Managers, each with a distinct product portfolio on creating, disseminating, and updating marketing and training material for internal sales use
rs and occasionally, external consumers.

- Create and manage marketing material including, but not limited to: instructional videos, training presentations, branding assets like logos and banners
- Analyze data statistics of user engagement and adoption with communications and provide insight on improvements and best practices
- Produce and host brown-bag training sessions for sales users globally for North America, Asia Pacific/Japan/China, Europe, and Emerging markets
- Work with Program Managers on marketing message, strategy, and deliverables based on release timelines for products and services
- Assemble and deliver internal newsletter using email marketing to increase knowledge of announcements and adoption of new services
- Engage in product launches and issue management discussions to deliver and craft surrounding marketing strategy

- Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro (or other video editing software experience), preferred if proficient in entire Adobe Creative Suite
- Proficiency in Excel - mainly manipulating sets of data to measure marketing analytics
- Experience working cross-functionally with product and engineering teams
- Proven excellence in process improvement and efficient project management
- Excellent communication skills, with internal and external stakeholders
- Superb organization and time management skills
- HTML Programming is a plus
- Strong communication skills - both verbally and in presentations
