The Master Planner will be responsible for providing technical supply chain support, creating and upholding capacity capabilities at suppliers, including production planning, material life cycle management, resource production allocation, material inventory management and reporting, resource management, for turnkey (TK) and non-turnkey (NTK) products. The role will be accountable for translating forecasted product demand into a Long Term Plan (LTP) that acts as a Rough Cut Capacity Plan (RCCP) for the manufacturing sites. Working closely with Sourcing and Procurement, the Master Planner role entails a worldwide focus on the optimization of supply of Finished Goods with a focus on worldwide inventory flow, visibility and management.
Five years of capacity planning, manufacturing/production, or purchasing experience in Cosmetics, Personal Care, Health & Beauty, or Food is required. A Bachelor's degree is preferred, a background in manufacturing and/or supply chain would be ideal but not required. Qualified candidates must also have MRP/ERP experience.
The ideal candidate needs to be comfortable working in a fast-paced, often changing environment. An analytical thinker with solid reporting and data mining abilities. Strong interpersonal and organizational skills with a proven history working with vendors will be key.
