This role is responsible for implementing the tools, systems and work processes to effectively manage control and report on schedule and progress measurement for a project. br   br Role & Requirements: br Planning, work measurement and collection of performance data such as installed quantities, expended labor and other progress measurement data.   br * Manages and tracks all changes, potential changes, ensuring estimates of schedule changes are given visibility br * Integration of schedule data within the company’s enterprise project management system. br * Updating and maintaining project schedules in accordance with approved work plans, long-term strategic plans and other schedule and plan tools br * Works independently on routine project risk assessment issues, manage conflict, and provide resolution br * Supports the intake process of projects br * Partners closely with business partners to analyze new projects and readiness for governance decisions br * Supports the governance and project status review meetings. br * Manages portfolio management artifacts, decisions, communications, metrics, and reporting. br * Create a collaborative partnership among executive leaders and portfolio stakeholders and enables resource demand planning, change management, and project pipeline planning decisions. br * Support the creation of project management best practices, tools, and ways to drive efficiency in order to reduce costs and add value. br * Adheres to Enterprise Project Management methodology. br   br Required Skills & Work Experience br * Working knowledge project controls, schedule skills (schedule management, schedule reporting) & br * Strong focus on collaboration, team building, and customer service br * Effectiveness working diplomatically across teams with varying objectives. br * Strong oral and written communication skills across all levels br * Ability to organize and present project portfolio reports, proposals, and other related portfolio information br * Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Visio, PowerPoint, MS Project), MS SharePoint, SAP, BPC br * Experience with Project Controls management relating to scheduling and estimating at a project level.   br * Familiarity with project controls tools and work processes.   br * Minimum of three years of practitioner experience with project controls and project management.   br * Knowledge of contracts and contract administration including its assessment and implementation at each br   br /span br /span
