Adecco Engineering and Technical is seeking to find a Master Scheduler/Production Planner for a leading Medical Device Company located in Carlsbad, CA. The Master Scheduler creates a mater production plan for specified products that minimizes inventory levels, maximizes customer satisfaction, level loads the factory and balances other performance goals. Working with marketing, finished goods planning, production control and manufacturing management and/or finance, the incumbent analyzes forecast and historical data for each finished goods product; determines labor loading and capacity requirements; participate in creating and meeting cost, quality and delivery goals; monitors and reports metrics for inventory and delivery performance. Effective performer in multi task environment. Strong verbal and interpersonal communication skills with the ability to develop productive working relationships. Computer skills: DRP, MRP, Microsoft Office Suite, 5 years experience in planning or master scheduling required.
