span B Master Scheduling Manager /B br B   /B br B Position Summary /B br   br The Master Scheduler will be responsible and accountable for owning the manufacturing asset production schedule, including all tasks, not limited to generation, updating, analysis and verification. br   br The role will ensure alignment with all compliance, process requirements, readiness, timeline and revenue commitments, including asset availability to ensure schedule adherence and maximize efficiency and asset utilization. br   br This includes responsibility for designing, maintaining and reporting key performance (KPI’s) and metrics for scheduling, execution and capacity including assisting with the implementation of key process improvements and integral change management. br   br Development of key internal and external relationships to drive effectiveness in the manufacturing asset production schedule. This will be an integral management role within the organization and looking for someone with strong leadership skills. br B   /B br B Key Job Responsibilities /B br • Ownership of the full master manufacturing schedule across manufacturing areas in alignment with all cross-functional and workflow inputs. br • Generation and analysis of the manufacturing schedule br • Efficient management of all communication processes to disseminate and share critical information. br • Provide feedback for financial forecast based upon capacity and current schedule. br • Create, maintain, and report performance metrics relating to scheduling adherence, capacity, and outputs. br • Provide capacity feedback in support of new business opportunities. br • Assist in asset capacity evaluation, planning and feedback across other functional groups. br • Facilitate scheduling and operations meetings. Create and update visual displays and boards. br • Implement and improve business processes and workflows as they relate to Enterprise br B   /B br B Resource Planning. /B br • Maintain relationships among different departments leading effective knowledge sharing efforts to work transparently and affect a Right First Time culture. br • Performs other duties as assigned br   br B Education and Experience /B br • BS/BA in related field with 7+ years of related experience required. br • APICS training/certification. br • Lean experience br • Management of previous multiple manufacturing schedules. br   br   br /span
