Position Summary:

The mechanical engineering student will be responsible for experimentation, data collection and analysis, assembly and test of prototype hardware, an investigation into detail solutions to specific hardware problems under the guidance of senior engineers. This position will be payrolled through Kelly Services.

We are seeking a highly motivated, detail oriented person who would like to work with a talented team of professionals in the challenging environment of the semiconductor industry. The student will be expected to make key contributions to the hardware engineering group.

Collaborate with mechanical and process engineers to develop and qualify new hardware for electroplating systems.
Summarize experimental data, make presentations and write reports on tasks completed.
Create and modify BOMs (Bills of Material) for engineering releases.
Process ECOs (Engineering Change Orders) for engineering releases.
Create and update solid models and associated drawings for engineering releases.
Operate and maintain complex automated process equipment.

College students pursuing a BS degree in Mechanical Engineering.
Class training, research or work experience in mechanical engineering is required.
Experience with SolidWorks 3D CAD software is preferred.
Good written and oral communication skills.
Experience with Microsoft Office and Windows Operating System
