Our client is seeking a well-rounded person able to communicate well with all levels of clients and professionals. Candidate will be responsible for answering incoming calls from Members and Providers while ensuring a high level of customer service and maximizing productivity with minimal down time. Candidate will also resolve basic types of customer service inquiries including: healthcare benefits, eligibility, member material requests, provider look-up, and authorization calls and claims status.
