JOB DESCRIPTIONspan Our client is currently hiring for a temp to hire Medical Call Center Representative job in Indianapolis, IN. You must have a minimum of one year experience in this role. You will be responsible for customer service problem resolution and gathering accurate contact information via computer. li Answer inbound telephone calls and speak with customers for efficient problem resolution /li li Gather customer information, complete transactions, answer customer questions /li li May require cross selling or upselling of additional products /li li Able to meet or exceed quality and production goals /li /ul
br Qualifications br ul
li Minimum one year of inbound/outbound customer service call center experience /li li Strong written and oral communication skills /li li Customer centric mindset /li li Strong data entry skills-typing at least 40 wpm /li li Experience in insurance registration/eligibility highly preferred! /li /ul
