Job Description
Adventist Health System (AHS) is currently seeking qualified candidates for a Medical Coder position in the Health Information Management department. This position will be based in Altamonte Springs, FL and will be required to travel to our AHS facilities.
This position will have the opportunity to perform on-site and remote coding for the Adventist Health System facilities, as well as perform accuracy and compliance reviews, document coding findings and make recommendations.

-AS degree or BS Degree Preferred -RHIT, RHIA OR CCS(Certified Coding Specialist) Required Experience Requirements:
-Minimum 2 years experience coding both hospital inpatient & outpatient records.
